6. Patient! make she cooperative with u. jangan bagi die distract dn kacau u mase tgh examine
7. Kuasai knowledge yg sama macam assay
8. Tekankan causes dan differential diagnose and also treatment!.
9. Make sure dah buat nota lengkap every round yg belajar sepanjang tahun and  keep it safely.
10. compare local examination each round
11. for general examination ingat betul2 steps because yg tu sama jee untuk ape2 case.point yg berbeza specifickan ikut round.
12. history taking. always always and always take history taking sampai ingat xyah tulis pakai cakap je. plzzzz remember tiap headlines yg harus ditanya. history taking skills gets better by practise it every now and then.

be confident. when meeting patient,remember that u r dr and don't put uself as medical student.
