ALHAMDULILLAH perjalanan di pagi hari kuliah sedikit berjalan dgn lancarnya,walaupun terbgn lmbt dan terlewat setengah jam kelas.huhu.bermula dgn belajar 4 jar mengenai head injury disamping melihat jar intracerebral haemorrhage.alhamdulillah Allah memudahkan perjalanan hari nis today.kemudian disebelah tengahari dan petang banyak menghabiskan masa di hospital emergency (tawariq).ternyata masa yg diluangkan di hospital tidaklah sia2 kerana terlalu byk bende baru yg dipelajari.

disebelah tengaharinya ketika menunggu supervisor group kami,nis sempat berjumpa dgn seorg doctor perempuan yg sangat baik hati menerangkan macam mne untuk menulis report dan cara mengambil history taking patient yang mengalami toxicity in any drugs or poison.barulah nis tahu mcm mne nak ambil suhu dgn betul.(menggunakan dorsum of hand).tapi kalau kat malaysia confirm gne digital termometer tu je kan.walau mcm mne pun sgt berharga ilmu yg diajar itu.

kemudian apabila supervisor dr dah dtg,kami dipertemukan dgn patient,seorg budak yg mengalami pyrethroids poisoning(kofratox).pyrethroids adalah sejenis pesticides.

the patient not show any severe clinical picture but shows abnormal tachycardia.
the doctor said we give 02 and 500cm glucose 5% (it give diuretics effect as this patient have high blood pressure)+1 ampoule pimpran (antiemetic),rantac(ranitidine H2 blocker)


::2nd patient::

a nunu(baby) 2 years old, ;( (sian sgt)

respiratory distress,semi conscious
accidentally ingestion of kerosene
come with her father and mother
finally send to pediatric department for further checkup.kerosene is volatile and so dangerous as it can volatile from gatric tile reach lung and can lead inflammation of alveoli.so we are afraid of aspiration pneumoniaor chemical pneumonia that will be supper added bacteria--> and in this condition the bacteria is very resistance to treatment.
